Bouhe’s Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you wear, but if you need to swap your item for a different size or style,
here’s how it works:

How to Exchange

• • We follow standard sizing to make picking the right size easy. But if you still need an
    exchange, you can get in touch with our support team and they will guide you through the process.

• • Send it back within 7 days of receiving it, with tags intact along with the invoice.

• • On the invoice, mention the size/style you’d like in exchange. The new piece must
    be of equal or higher value.

• • If you’re not sure what to pick right away, we can issue a store credit for you to use
    later.

• • Drop us an email at contact@bouheindia.com for any queries.

Important Notes for Returns

• • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged (no perfume, deodorant, or
    detergent smells).

• • No makeup, tan marks, or stains on the product.

• • Altered pieces cannot be exchanged.

• • No exchanges or returns on sale items.

• • We allow only one size exchange per order (for domestic orders only).

Refunds & Cancellations

• • We do not offer cancellations after 1 hour of confirmation.

• • All returns will be issued as store credit for future purchases.
